Interstellar (2014)

The mankind could not save the planet from the coming disaster, scientists warned that if people do not stop and they will continue to use further Earth without any pity, then the end of human era of reasonable can come. Inhabitants faced constant droughts, hunger and continuous cataclysms, it strongly exhausted therefore it was necessary to find the alternative solution. The team of researchers try to define the suitable planet where people could move to continue the existence. Long search brought the group of scientists to detection of a wormhole allowing to help astronauts to overcome a huge piece of distance for a short time.

The main hero of time worked hard as the astronaut, once he plowed space, but there came time when the mankind experienced rapid falling down and it had to return to usual life to support the family. Regular disasters did not allow inhabitants of the planet to exist in the usual mode, space programs stopped in the development, only group of the researchers trying to look for an exit from current situation try to work on a general problem daily. As soon as they understand that they found a way to go to far stars, they needed to find the skilled astronaut capable to cope with a serious mission.
